Ceylon Black Tea is the most famously known tea around the globe and the best tea which has a distinct flavor, aroma, and strength.
BOPF (Broken Orange Pekoe Fanning) – This is one of the most common grades in Sri Lanka. As for the characteristics, it’s neat and clear tea leaf, which is smaller in size than the BOP. Once brewed, it’s bright in color gives richness to its flavour. This is what used as the base for Masala Tea.
